Yoga in the Park is back in Chattanooga's Renaissance Park, and this season, we’re building a stronger, deeper, and more intentional practice together.
This year’s series is designed to help you lay a rock-solid foundation in yoga, whether you’re just starting or refining your existing practice. Each month, we’ll focus on a key element of movement, breath, and mindfulness:
